Professional development in the health care field
The patient experience in the healthcare system is complex. So is the experience of the therapists. The complex work of a multicultural team, the workload, the sensitive human dilemmas, the traumatic cases that caregivers carry alone are some of the causes of attrition in the health care system.
A playback theater show , based on improvisation from true stories of audience members, open the stage to those stories that professionals accumulate every day.
The therapists' ability to observe their daily stories allows for ventilation, develops empathy for patients and creates a strong and cohesive team. This professional development leads to more professional and strong teams, which produce an empathetic relationship with the patients. A better patient experience is not a luxury! An empathic environment has been clearly proven to reduce stress and anxiety levels and support the recovery process.
In our quest to make the work as efficient as possible, we incorporate additional tools such as individual and group simulations , improvisations from conversation circles , and content development - creating short plays and unique videos as needed. In our quest for increased health professionalism the creative tools are proving to be particularly effective.
Over the years we have taken part in the training and professional development of over 6,500 healthcare workers
We love long-term relationships with our customers, and share with them a vision and a common mission: to develop a more humane health system for all parties.
Over the years we have hosted shows, seminars, simulation days and created unique shows and videos in various content areas such as - dealing with violence in the medical field, dealing with dilemmas of treating the elderly in situations of neglect and risk, dealing with dilemmas in the world of oncology, dealing with end-of-life events, dilemmas in the treatment of dialysis centers and more. The events were part of the process of professional development in the healthcare system.
In addition, we were partners in creating unique shows and videos for leading system-wide width changes, such as working together with the Ministry of Health for improving the patient experience in Israeli hospitals, and the follow-up project 'Ask Me Three'. Subsequently, we were partners in the work of the Ministry of Health to reduce the mechanical restrictions of inpatients in psychiatric hospitals through acting segments combined with questioning at staff seminars. We were also partners in the implementation of the issue of mental health reform. In collaboration with Clalit Health Organization, we are partners in the implementation of Keren Briaa fund procedures - promoting the field of targeted medicine for women, at conferences of gynecologists throughout the country.
